At Doane Counseling Services, I strive to help women across Arizona remove barriers that prevent them from meeting their emotional needs. While I am experienced in working with clients on a multitude of issues, I work primarily with women struggling with trauma and loss. Trauma damages an individual's ability to trust themselves, the people around them, and the world at large.
I find the women I work with, due to this mistrust, often end up isolated and overworked. My mission is for the women I work with to be able to recognize themselves as inherently valuable, and to reconnect with the world around them in meaningful ways. The things we've been through should never rob us of our joy.

My approach is very calm and nonjudgmental.
I am trained and experienced as a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP-388477), and independently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LCSW-17859).
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long.
Depending on your insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs may be between $10 - $90 per session.
Always contact your insurance provider (the phone number is typically displayed on the back of your insurance card) to verify coverage and out-of-pocket costs prior to scheduling any initial appointment.
