Here at Livewell we believe that mental health counseling, when applied holistically, can assist individuals with psychiatric, developmental, cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities to achieve their maximum level of independence, integration, and participation in the community and in their personal lives.
The population we serve at Livewell ranges from children (ages 4 and up) to the elderly.

Alicia Becton graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Services from East Carolina University in North Carolina in 2007.
She subsequently earned in Masters of Science in Counseling in Rehabilitation - Mental Health Counseling in 2010 from North Carolina A&T State University.
Alicia is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Associate Professional Clinical Counsleor who values establising a compassionate and supportive environment, while providing an integrative approach to assist each client in acheiving positive mental health.
She subsequently earned in Masters of Science in Counseling in Rehabilitation - Mental Health Counseling in 2010 from North Carolina A&T State University.

She plans to attend Fresno City College in the Spring of 2021 to further her education.
Her goal is to transfer to UC Berkeley in two years to major in Environmental Studies.
She is very interested in all things art-related and spends a lot of her free time sketching.
She is also captivated by the politics of our time and she dedicates a lot of time to reading about our political leaders and politicians around the world.

Julie is a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California.
Julie has gained valuable knowledge and experience providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (A.B.A.) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism and related disorders while working as a Registered Behavior Technician.
