The Beginning Steps

There is hope for your marriage! If you have found yourself struggling to cope with the fractures in your relationship, counseling is an option for restoring confidence in your marriage. Most envisioned their marriage to be happy and fulfilling and we become discouraged when the relationship becomes fractured. I am from the Longview area. I graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a B.S. in Secondary Education and taught for 8 years before moving into school counseling.

I earned an M.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University. I have diverse experience across settings. In addition to school counseling, I've worked at a local behavioral hospital over a dual diagnosis unit, a local counseling center, a non-profit FQHC, and for a non-profit and adoptive care agency as a counselor for maternity services.

I enjoy public speaking having presented at Region 4, East Texas Network for Children, and local school districts delivering professional development and presenting to students on mental health topics.
