MBSR is an evidence-based program that offers intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. This is an instructional program full of practical exercises that we learn together with daily at-home practice. 1.5hr weekly meeting via Zoom. This art therapy class is a six-week series.

This therapeutic series will involve the use of creative techniques such as paint, collage, sculpting to help participants to express themselves and improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being in a gentle and non-judgemental space.Through this 5 week program, you'll learn the evidence-based professional resiliency skills to eliminate stress and combat the emotional demands of your work.

MBSR offers participants the possibility to develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological pain and fear.
We learn to cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life, and be fully present and alive to enjoy this moment.
