Addiction does not discriminate, it's tough, and it is a vicious cycle. It can be scary and intimidating to seek help but doing so takes courage and is a step in the right direction. No two people are identical, especially when it comes to treatment so each person's treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs. My approach to counseling is rooted in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic-Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My focus is to help individuals become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to fit their recovery needs. My goal is to give individuals the educational tools they need, the accountability, and the support needed to build a foundation for long-term recovery.

Recovery does not happen over night. It takes hard work and dedication. It won't be an easy road but as your counselor, I promise to be there for you every step of your journey.
