Hananwill Credit Counseling offers Credit Counseling that is required by the Bankruptcy Code in order to file for Bankruptcy Protection. Hananwill Credit Counseling is not affiliated with any other credit organization (i.e., Bank, Credit Card Company), and does not offer Debt Management Plans.

Fee Schedule

Hananwill Credit Counseling will waive the $25.00 fee for clients based on their income in accordance with the Federal Poverty Levels.
Partial Fee Waivers of $14 (cost of course $15) may also be granted based on income in accordance with the Federal Poverty Levels.
A Schedule I as proof of income is required.
In addition, Hananwill Credit Counseling will waive the fee for clients receiving Pro Bono legal representation.
