Aetna, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Meridian, Molina, Priority Health, and most others are accepted.
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis if financial difficulty is determined.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or if you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance (giving us adequate time to offer this spot to another client), you will be charged $50.
This is not a penalty, but rather your payment for the time reserved for you.
