I graduated with my Master's in Social Work and am licensed in the state of Colorado. I have worked with a range of individuals from children to adults, as well as individuals, couples and families. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, and Psychodynamic theory for all populations, and I also offer play therapy, writing and journaling, and other creative modalities for children and adolescents.

I have worked with anxiety, depression, grief, sexual trauma, domestic violence, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, self-esteem challenges, parenting challenges, family dynamics, self-harm, behavioral challenges and more. I value instilling a sense of validation, self-compassion, and hope in the individuals and families I work with. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, hiking, biking, backpacking or playing in the snow with family and friends.

Report
50 minute individual counseling sessions for children and adolescents can be focused on a variety of topics including behavioral, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more.
I understand the unique circumstances of each individual and work collaboratively with my clients to find the appropriate intervention.
From art and play therapy techniques, to mindfulness and cognitive behavioral interventions, my goal is to supply tools and develop coping skills for each client so that they can take those tools and apply them to their lives outside of the sessions.
