Therapists at Blue Sails have the ability to provide services to those who are home bound and are unable to attend in-person sessions due to medical illness, transportation issues, etc. We use Doxy.me/bluesails as a HIPAA protected avenue to service your mental health needs. We are all licensed to service clients in the State of Maryland. TEEN GROUP - Meets monthly - Saturday evenings beginning at 7pm for grades 9th through 12th.
Mandatory Family "check-in sessions" once a month for a Holistic Approach to treatment. MUST complete an intake assessment prior to attendance to determine treatment needs for your child and the groups needs.

We will email you the forms required to begin outpatient mental health services via HelloSign (a HIPAA protected program to allow for easy electronic signatures).
Once we have received your completed paperwork and verified your insurance coverage; you will be contacted by either our office manager or therapist to schedule Your Initial Assessment Appointment.
