Medicine alone was not the answer. Support workers were important for listening, goals, giving positive feedback, and getting me out of the house.

Meet Our Team
Report
Counseling Associates has a staff of therapists, care coordinators, and administrative staff with more than 96 years of combined experience.
While each has a very personal reason for entering the mental health field, collectively they have a common goal - to be welcoming and compassionate, to genuinely connect with people, and to use their knowledge and expertise to improve lives.
A lot of what mental health is about is forming relationships and connecting with people in a genuine way.
Our team is really good at that.
