I am a psychotherapist and yoga instructor who combines evidence-based practices with ancient techniques and modern tools. I believe that health, specifically wellness, is more than the absence of disease. It is a dynamic process of awareness, change and growth. I specializes in a holistic approach to helping clients live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives by integrating my clinical training with yoga, meditation, reiki, and other healing modalities.
Likewise, I help clients identify and work through their self-limiting beliefs - mental, physical, and energetic blockages - to better cope with whatever life throws their way. For as long as I can remember, I have had an innate curiosity about people, the human condition, and spirituality. Likewise, I've always been drawn to movement as a tool for emotional release and mood enhancement.
While working in PR, I became immersed in the study of yoga and meditation. As I witnessed the transformative effect the practice had on my life, it became clear to me that my purpose was to help facilitate healing through the integration of mind, body, and energy.

Individual therapy is for anyone looking to understand who they are and why they do what they do.
One may benefit from individual therapy to manage anxiety or depression, while grieving a loss, or during a life transition (ex: parenthood, getting married, moving in together, "quarter-life-crisis", coming out, a job change).
It is also an opportunity for individuals to identify and confront patterns of behavior or thinking that lead to self-doubt or feeling "stuck", to establish new healthy habits, or to clarify one's purpose in life.
