I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. At times we all feel stuck. Despite your best efforts, you may find yourself making the same choices and following the same patterns that just do not seem to work. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, addicted, or immobilized by situational stress around a personal relationship, divorce, loss, trauma, parenting, career changes or other life transitions.
Psychotherapy provides a space that is uniquely your own where you can address your concerns in a safe place, free from judgment. My approach to psychotherapy is to provide empathy and support while giving you useful feedback and insight to help resolve difficulties you are experiencing. We will work together to help you find the tools and resources necessary to help you cope with stressful situations.
Throughout the process, we will explore patterns from your past to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your current situation and realize lasting improvement in your quality of life.
