As the owner of this practice, I deliver psychotherapy and clinical counselling services, alongside focused relationship coaching for couples. My primary aim is to help people who feel constrained by emotional pressure or uncertainty, enabling them to move beyond feeling overwhelmed. My clinical work is complemented by an academic appointment as an Associate Lecturer in the Therapy Studies unit within the School of Social Sciences at Western Sydney University. This dual engagement allows me to integrate academic rigour with practical experience across all aspects of our work.
I also provide professional supervision to practising counsellors and psychotherapists, recognising the importance of support and reflection in therapeutic roles. Through supervision, I offer a considered environment where practitioners can examine their work, refine their approach, and receive informed guidance. This service reflects my ongoing commitment to the profession and to maintaining quality practice standards. Across therapy, coaching, teaching, and supervision, I remain dedicated to supporting both clients and professionals with consistency, care, and a strong ethical foundation.

Services
In my practice, I provide psychotherapy and counselling, with each option aimed at addressing different challenges in your life. The services vary in length and scope, ensuring flexibility in meeting your needs. My priority is always your well-being. I work to foster a relationship based on trust, authenticity, and respect for your unique experience.
At Couples Coaching, I offer a neutral space for couples to address relationship challenges. Whether it's rebuilding trust after infidelity or exploring new phases in your life together, therapy provides the opportunity to repair and collaborate. This process encourages growth, fostering deeper emotional connection, trust, and long-lasting joy.
In professional supervision, a supervisor provides a safe environment where the supervisee can explore and reflect on their professional identity. Grounded in neuroscience and compassion-based practices, I offer supervision to practitioners of various modalities. This process not only helps counter burnout but also fosters resilience and clarity in ones work and self-awareness. People
