We provide individual, couple, child, and family counseling. When it comes to counseling, people have a wide range of thoughts and emotions. Almost all people seem to seek out counseling because it's easier to face life's difficulties when we're not alone. That is where having a supportive counselor can be helpful, especially if you've been putting it off for a while.

Many people pursue counseling looking for help processing trauma, learning better coping skills, improving relationships, or reducing anxiety and depression. While each situation may be unique, most people are in search of a counseling environment that is safe and comforting, so that they can regain emotional balance in life. For several years we've been helping people feel, think, relate, and function better in life.

If you find yourself in need of assistance from one of our counselors, please call today to find out if counseling would be appropriate for you.

Report
At different times in our lives we can reach a point where we face challenges that seem to knock us off our feet.
This can be anything from a loss, trauma, a significant life transition, coping with chronic pain, declining health or merely adjusting to a new role (spouse, parent, caregiver, career change).
Sometimes it is an expectation that we had that did not turn out the way we anticipated.
Life is difficult.
I have been living in the Chico community and have nearly 15 years combined experience working with: anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, foster care/adoption groups, developmental disabilities, military veterans, chronic illness, and other areas as well.
