Does it work and what's involved? Yes, it works, but it is definitely "work." You will be asked to examine your experiences, beliefs, feelings and thoughts. The therapist's job is to allow you to speak freely and to be attentive, while giving you trustworthy, professional guidance about how to make the changes you seek.

They are very surprised to discover that tossing and turning during the night in an effort to sleep can be relieved in a long-term manner, without medications and typically within a handful of sessions.
I especially enjoy working with clients to find better sleep, including more restful and restorative sleep.
