Time spent in any administrative services including correspondence to or consultation with attorneys, physicians, or other mental helath professionals, and any requested reports will be billed at a standard fee ($100 per hour) with a 15 minute minimum charge.
I am a covered provider on many different insurance plans and will continue to provide assistance with filing claims and precertification information.
It is, however, your responsibility to provide your current insurance information to me prior to your visit.
