FAD Counseling Services, LLC is a holistic behavioral health agency based out of Washington, Georgia. Our mission is to provide affordable and quality behavioral health services with a focus on the mind, body and spirit to residents of Georgia. We offer children, adolescents, their families and adults behavioral health services designed to treat disorders that include Adjustment Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders and Substance-Related Disorders. We offer individual, group, couples, and family counseling services to those meeting the above diagnostic criteria and those that would benefit from "talk therapy".
Similarly, Educational Consulting services are available to assist students with their psychological wellbeing and educational abilities.

Ms. Francine Doughty is the Office Manager at FAD Counseling Services, LLC.
Throughout the years, she has operated in several capacities and been integral in the growth of the company.
Ms. Doughty currently attends the Brenau University campus located in Martinez, Georgia.
She plans to graduate in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education.
Additionally, Ms. Doughty has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Athens Technical College) and several certifications in the healthcare field: Healthcare Technician, Phlebotomy, and Nursing Assistant.

The Georgia DUI process has two components: The Assessment and the 20-hour Intervention Course.
The Assessment consists of a questionnaire, The NEEDS Assessment, which is designed to look at patterns of behavior in a number of critical areas, that will provide a concise, but comprehensive, profile of an individual's functioning.
It normally takes 30 - 45 minutes to complete the 130 questions on this assessment.
The 20-hour Intervention Course is an interactive classroom based program where the Prime for Life curriculum is delivered.

Individual counseling is appropriate for people that have issues presented in one or more environments (work, school, community or home) that are best addressed collaboratively with the counselor.
During these sessions, therapeutic services are provided that include diverse structured interventions/strategies and experiential activities designed to promote cohesion and improved functioning.

We have partnered with United Psychology Center to bring psychiatric services to Washington, GA.
Via the use of telepsychiatry, you will be able to receive the services of a Licensed Psychiatrist via a webcam connected to a secure network at FAD Counseling Services, LLC.
Because of this, you will not have to commute out of town to receive quality psychiatric services.

Counseling services are only available to residents of Georgia.
Those that are homebound, have mobility issues or would miss an appointment due to travel.
Check with your insurance provider to ensure that services of this nature are covered and/or eligible for reimbursement.
Confidentiality is not guaranteed and becomes limited due to Internet service provider protocols, firewall settings, and/or the counselor not being able to secure your location.
