Palouse River Counseling (PRC) staff consists of professionals who have expertise in psychology, social work, psychiatry, chemical dependency, developmental disabilities, childhood and family problems, and geriatrics. All clinical staff are registered, licensed or certified by the state of Washington. Our staff also includes a psychiatric nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, and a registered nurse.

All inquiries and services are kept completely confidential except as required by law. As provided by law, persons 13 or older may seek services independently of their parent or guardian. PRC provides services to people of all sexes, races, color, ages, nationalities, disabilities, gender identities, creeds, religions, martial status, sexual orientation or military status.

Efforts are made to reduce barriers to services by providing interpreter services, TDD phone services (1-800-833-6388), sign language interpretation, and consultation with ethnic minority, geriatric, disability, and child mental health specialists.

Mental Health

Palouse River Counseling (PRC) mental health programs are licensed by the state of Washington.
Our team of mental health professionals help our clients manage a wide variety of mental health conditions.
When necessary, we also offer medication management to supplement our counseling services.
These include individual or group therapy that focus on goal-oriented, mutually developed treatment plans.
Outpatient therapy is usually 10 sessions or less, but length of service depends on individual needs.
Harvest House

Harvest House is a psychiatric rehabilitation program where adults with severe and persistent mental illness come together to work and socialize.
A variety of support services are available to help members help themselves and each other as they learn to manage their psychiatric symptoms and learn independent living skills including employment preparation and support.
The goal is to help members lead independent and productive lives within the community.

WISe
Report
Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) provides intensive mental health services to support your child and help your family to reach their goals.
It is a voluntary service that uses a wraparound team approach to meet your child's needs in their home, school, and community.
Meet or would meet the State of Washington's Title XIX Medicaid financial eligibility criteria.
Have a functional impairment, which substantially interferes with or substantially limits the ability to function in the family, school or community setting.
