Palouse River Counseling (PRC) staff consists of professionals who have expertise in psychology, social work, psychiatry, chemical dependency, developmental disabilities, childhood and family problems, and geriatrics. All clinical staff are registered, licensed or certified by the state of Washington. Our staff also includes a psychiatric nurse practitioner
