In an unhealthy relationship, there may be certain behaviors that may present, Ex. gaslighting, emotional abuse, shaming, and/or narcissism. In sessions, you may explore your feelings, emotions, and outline some possible decisions. During therapy sessions, you will increase your level of self-understanding. You will explore strategies to restructure negative thoughts processes and develop creative techniques to reduce stress.
During periods of conflict, it is important to increase self-care strategies to help you achieve your goals.
