Adolescent Day Treatment
Our intensive day treatment program provides structured mental health support for adolescents facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Through evidence-based therapies and skill-building activities, we help teens develop coping mechanisms and improve social functioning. The program operates Monday-Friday 8am-12pm with flexible admission options for transitioning patients.
Outpatient Therapy
We offer individual therapy sessions for all ages addressing mental health and substance use concerns. Our licensed therapists employ cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other research-backed approaches. Services are available at both Janesville and Sun Prairie locations with appointments scheduled by phone or online.
