Services
Individual Therapy
Our licensed therapists provide personalized mental health treatment for clients aged 6+. We specialize in evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and ERP for anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. Sessions focus on building coping strategies and addressing life transitions while maintaining cultural sensitivity and neurodivergent-affirming care.
Eating Disorder Treatment
Specialized care for eating disorders combines counseling with registered dietitian services. Our HAES-informed approach addresses anorexia, bulimia, and disordered eating through meal planning support, body image work, and trauma-informed counseling. We require concurrent counseling and nutrition sessions for comprehensive recovery support.
Trauma Counseling
Certified trauma specialists offer Prolonged Exposure therapy and parts work for PTSD and complex trauma. Our clinicians treat generational trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic violence survivors using evidence-based modalities while maintaining strict safety protocols for client well-being.
Group Therapy
We offer structured group sessions for social anxiety, body image concerns, and OCD support. Our DBT-informed groups teach emotional regulation skills while eating disorder recovery groups combine therapeutic approaches with peer support in a safe, supervised environment.
Nutrition Counseling
Registered Dietitians provide HAES-aligned nutrition counseling for all body types. Services include intuitive eating guidance, diabetes management, and sports nutrition. Our anti-diet approach focuses on healing food relationships rather than weight management while offering specialized care for eating disorder recovery.
